Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1/2 cup Warm Water
  • 0.25 Tbsp Sugar
  • 0.25 Tbsp Dry Yeast
  • 0.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.25 Tbsp Salt
  • 1.5 cups Bread Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

Cookie Sheet

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch chili flake

Sauce

  • 7 oz Tomato Sauce or Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.25 0.25 Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano

Toppings

  • 8 oz Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 oz Parmsean Cheese

Instructions
 

Prepping the Dough

  • Combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Wait for the yeast to activate (you will begin seeing it blooming in the mixture after a couple minutes).
  • Add olive oil, salt, and bread flour to the bowl and mix well.
  • Place the dough into a closed container and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Spread a tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch each of oregano, salt, and chili flake onto a cookie sheet.
  • After the dough has risen for an hour, roll it out evenly onto the oiled cookie sheet and sprinkle the garlic powder on top.
  • Place the cookie sheet onto two of the stovetop burners on medium heat for 5 minutes until the bottom is browned and crispy.

The Sauce and Toppings

  • Mix the tomato sauce, olive oil, sugar, and oregano and spread evenly on top of the crust.
  • Spread the parmesan on top of the sauce first, followed by the mozzerlla.
  • Put the pizza back into the 475 degree oven for around 7 minutes or until the cheese begins bubbling and browning.
