Method
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until soft. About 1 minute.
- Mix in half of the flour, sir, then the other half.
- Gradually add milk while stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Season it with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Put in the Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts.
