Method
- In a large pot, heat the oil on medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic then cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add the flour and stir and cook for about 30 seconds, then add the broth, dijon mustard, Worcestershire, thyme and garlic powder, and oregano.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the noodles and cover to cook until noodles are finished.
- Remove from the heat and add the salt and pepper.
